First Name: Jim
Last Name: Monaghan
Age: Old enough to know better, still young enough to not let it make too much of a difference
Location: New Jersey
Occupation: WDHA pays me to do the same thing I used to get yelled at by my parents (TURN IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!) for doing, and baseball instruction w/ Professional Baseball Instruction in Bergen County.
Hobbies: Thanking God on a daily basis that the Red Sox actually won the whole damn thing at least once in my lifetime. (Thank you, Curt Schilling!) Watching my three kids grow up and playing baseball with them. Attempting to learn how to actually play the guitar (there are enough of them around the house that eventually I may actually get it right).
Personal Bio: Well, I used to have career in radio (WNEW-FM)...and then I had an attempt at a career in minor league baseball (here's a free tip for you - NEVER work for a former Yankee who played under George Steinbrenner)...and then I attempted a career in...well, you get the idea. Now I'm back in radio full-time here on WDHA in the mornings, Monday through Friday from 6-10 and on Sundays with "All Mixed Up" from 6:30-10AM.I also recently "co-authored" a book on the 2004 Red Sox World Championship called Win It For....
